Netflix has over 29 million subscribers in Latin America

In Brazil, according to consultants, there are about 10 million users of the streaming platform

In a report to the Securities and Exchange Commision – SEC, Netflix revealed that it has 29.4 million subscribers in Latin America. In the report, for the first time, the company detailed the distribution of its 158 million users worldwide.

According to Bloomberg, the total of subscribers in Latin America equals one third of the population with broadband access in the region.

According to consultants heard by the Brazilian newspaper Folha de S.Paulo, Brazil would have about 10 million subscribers to the platform.

USA and Canada are the countries with the largest concentration of customers (67.114 million), followed by the regions of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (47.355 million).

Last, after Latin America, comes Asia, with 14.485 million Netflix subscribers.
