Brazilian leader in management software development TOTVS, and VTEX – renowned digital commerce platform, announced last week a joint venture to fill a well-known market gap: business digitization. The agreement will focus on the development and distribution of software solutions focused on ecommerce to companies in the Brazilian market.
The key point is digital transformation. Still to be approved, the partnership among the companies aims to unify the two portfolios, enabling clients to have access of their combined solutions, and, therefore, integrating physical and digital businesses environments. The purpose? To overcome an important hurdle to digital transformation and to make those clients more competitive globally.
“The access of these companies to our platform and to our ecosystem of digital solutions starts a new era in digital experience and will change forever how companies in Brazil will consume software through integrated solutions as a service”, said Mariano Gomide de Faria, VTEX co-CEO and founder. According to him, this cooperation is a milestone for both the company and clients, “since simplifying the access to specialized solutions is prime in order to make Brazilian companies more efficient and scalable”.
Brazilian companies are following a path of technological evolution; demanding not only more, but higher standards software solutions, and this joint venture represents how TOTVS and VTEX turned this perception into action.
